AGS CLINICS PRIVATE LIMITED Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made through the AGS CLINICS PRIVATE LIMITED website (www.agshealthcare.co.in) for appointment bookings or other services. This policy is subject to change without prior notice.

 

1. Appointment Cancellation

 

  • Cancellation by Patient: If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient.

  • Cancellation by AGS CLINICS PRIVATE LIMITED: In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a doctor's emergency or clinic closure. In such an event, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund.

 

 

2. Refund Policy

 

  • Appointment Booking Fees: Any fees paid for booking an appointment are generally non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. We will consider a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

    • The appointment was canceled by AGS CLINICS PRIVATE LIMITED.

    • You made an error in payment (e.g., a double payment for a single service).

    • Other circumstances where a refund is deemed appropriate by AGS CLINICS PRIVATE LIMITEDmanagement.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Payments for services that have already been rendered at our clinic are not eligible for a refund. This includes consultation fees, diagnostic test fees, or any other medical services.

  • Refund Processing: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to agsclinicspvtltd@gmail.com, including details of the payment, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. Upon receipt of your request, AGS CLINICS PRIVATE LIMITED will review it and respond promptly. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please note that the time taken for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
