Cancellation Policy

At AGs Healthcare, we understand that medical appointments and service schedules can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our patients and healthcare providers.

1. Appointment Cancellations by User

Free Cancellation Window: You may cancel or reschedule any booked appointment or health service up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without incurring any penalty.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a late cancellation fee or forfeiture of the consultation deposit.
How to Cancel: Cancellations can be processed directly through the AGs Healthcare mobile app under My Appointments or by contacting customer support.

2. Cancellations by AGs Healthcare

In rare instances where a healthcare provider becomes unavailable due to emergencies, AGs Healthcare reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
Affected users will be notified immediately via push notification, SMS, or email, with options to reschedule or receive a full refund

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Consultation Services: If you cancel an appointment within the allowed free cancellation window (at least 24 hours prior), you are eligible for a 100% refund.
Failed Services: If a telehealth consultation or service fails due to technical errors on AGs Healthcare’s end and the service could not be rendered, you are entitled to a full refund.
Non-Refundable Services: Completed medical consultations, digital prescriptions already issued, or services cancelled past the late cancellation window are strictly non-refundable.

2. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed automatically.
The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing timeline.
